I'm not talking just about the physical part, but the personality, dreams, goals...I think you get the point! The person behind your image, because what defines us is not just the physical part, but our personality, our values, in other words - our essence.
Well, to change this reflex is not easy and complaining every day will not change anything. If you ever felt like that, where you do not recognize your own reflection, then you need to change.
Is never easy, it takes time, but to get there, to be the person you want to be, to have the appearance you want to have, to have the reflection that you dreamed...you have to work, work, work and work some more. And the keywords are: WORKING and very important - DO NOT GIVE UP!
We can all be the person we dream of, but to get there we have to believe in us and make the necessary changes believing that we will see results if we do not give up...you will get results if you continue to WORK, and DO NOT GIVE UP!

Sabe aquela sensação quando olha para o espelho e não
reconhece a pessoa que vê refletida? Alguma vez já se sentiu assim?
Eu não estou a falar apenas sobre a parte fÃsica, mas a
personalidade, os sonhos, as metas ... acho que já entendeu! A pessoa por trás de sua imagem, porque o que nos define não
é apenas a nossa parte fÃsica, mas a nossa personalidade, os nossos valores, ou
seja, o nosso interior.
Bem, mudar este reflexo não é fácil e queixando-nos todos os
dias não vai mudar nada. Se você já se sentiu assim, onde não reconhece o seu próprio
reflexão, então você precisa mudar.
Nunca é fácil, leva tempo, mas para chegar lá, para ser a pessoa
que você quer ser, para ter a imagem que você quer ter, para ver o reflexo com que
você sonhou ... tem que trabalhar, trabalhar, trabalhar e trabalhar mais um
pouco. E as palavras-chave são: TRABALHO e muito importante - NÃO DESISTIR!
Todos podemos ser a pessoa que sonhamos um dia em crianças
ser, mas para chegar lá temos que nos mentalizar e fazer as mudanças
necessárias acreditando que vamos ver resultados se não desistirmos e, acredite
em mim...vai ter resultados se continuar a TRABALHAR e NÃO DESISTIR!
Quanto a mim, o meu reflexo está em modo “em construção” ;)
